In one of my classes , my final paper ( Thank you Lord ) has to be about one specific type of family and how it is seen culturally/socially. I chose to do Polygamous Families , just because it has always been something I have had double thoughts/opinions on. I feel it will be interesting to really look into it , and feel it out. I know it will make a great essay that will give me a well deserved A+ too ! Lol. So I will be def checking out old seasons of Big Love , and now the new show on TLC called " Sister Wives". What do you think about polygamy ?

wow. thank god is your last paper! and i don't like it because i wouldn't like to share my husband with another woman.
idk i guess it just depends, i was a huge follower on the jeff warren ranch crap, and i didnt really agree with the little girls getting pulled into marriages with their uncles and fathers or whatever, but idk to each his own?
it is hard to say. personally I don't like it. I mean everyone has a soulmate not soulmates right? how can you possibly be in love with more than one person at a time and have a relationship with them all at once and have them all in the same house. idk it just does not appeal to me my mind can not fathom. if i love someone it is just going to be him and i, not a 2nd or 3rd woman involved.
I agree with you all , to me marriage is so sacred, and to share the man of your dreams --ehh. not happening. its very interesting to research though. I watched the whole first season of big love, and things you would never think off the bat would be issues,are. Its a verryyy different kind of family. One I would never ever want. Lol
